Terms of Use and Sale

These Terms govern access to Seedlane, a SaaS platform for micro-influencer gifting operations, and online subscriptions. The service is for business professionals only.

Seedlane helps track gifting campaigns (contacts, statuses, shipments, content). Features may evolve without materially degrading core service during an active subscription.

Subscriptions are self-serve online. Payments are processed by Stripe. Plans: Free (10 creators), Starter (50), Growth (200). Beyond that: contact@seedlane.app. See Pricing.

Processing is described in our Privacy Policy. For influencer data imported by the Client, a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) under GDPR Art. 28 applies from first use of the Service.

Service provided "as is". Governed by French law. Disputes: courts of the Publisher's registered office, subject to mandatory rules.
